Problem Statement.
We need to allow users to narrow their property search based on their search criteria and be made aware of the number of properties which match their filter criteria or if NO results are available.
Users will need to use this functionality on the property listing page and will be able to search through a pre-selected filter page promoted through marketing channels with a mix of property and marketing data.
